DDOS（分布式拒绝服务攻击）是一种通过让网络资源不可用来攻击网络系统的行为。攻击者利用大量的合法或不合法的工具将大量的流量注入到目标服务器上，使得服务器过载，无法正常响应用户请求，从而导致用户无法正常访问目标网站或应用。

In response to the increasing threat of DDoS attacks, Taiwan has taken a number of measures to bolster its cybersecurity defenses.
